deublin高温、高压、蒸汽或热油应用型接头

deublin的9000系列接头具有经久耐用、无故障运行及维修简便等特点。壳体内外均镀镍，而且转体与端盖也采用镀镍。螺旋弹簧为不锈钢材质，因而在浮动的石墨材质的零件上没有那些能够引起过早磨损和密封泄漏的腐蚀、沉积物及“悬浮”锈蚀物。杜布林的全流量设计能够保证更大的流量。采用超长的虹吸内管支撑，可以消除虹吸内管螺纹的载荷，因而使管的使用寿命延长。特别是当螺纹被加工很精确时，这种整体式的转体可以保证极好的同心度，从而消除了“摆动”。有2个防转凸缘，呈90o 分布，使其更便于安装。


deublin小型H系列?"到1?"蒸汽或热油应用型接头

与其名称所表示的那样，小型H系列接头是H系列自我支撑旋转接头中的更小的一种。
其特点是采用自我对中的球面石墨对不锈钢密封。其设计的特点是将压缩载荷加到石墨密封上，使其能够具有更强的抗冲击力。当碳受到压缩后，使接头能比普通的石墨密封（在张力作用下）更好的承受压力波动及水流冲击。 采用不锈钢材质及石墨密封可为蒸汽以及热油应用提供绝好的密封表面。由2个宽间距分布的石墨轴承支撑转体，因而转体能够平稳地运行。 小型H系列接头可有单通道和双通道两种形式


Deublin-H系列蒸汽或热油应用接头

H系列是deublin公司最有名的自支撑式旋转接头。该系列接头经过特别加工专用于造纸、塑料、及纺织工业中的蒸汽和热油应用。采用自支撑设计使其适用范围广泛，特别是在敞式齿轮造纸机的应用上。
H系列接头具有自对中式球面石墨对镀镍密封的特点。H系列的设计特点是加载到石墨密封上的负荷为压缩负荷。在压缩负荷形式下比在张力形式下更具有4倍的强度，能承受更大的冲击力，因而能够更好的承受压力波动和水流冲击。采用镀镍铸铁材质中的高含量镍、铜及铬提供了极好的密封面，更适用于蒸汽和热油类型应用。
两个螺纹堵头可以使用户能够很方便的检查密封磨损情况，因此可以预期进行维修，减少了紧急维修和停机时间。 H系列的双通道型接头用于蒸汽应用，在其端盖上有两个观察窗，可以监视冷凝情况。
